About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Application Support Engineer to join a high-performing team supporting a best-in-class cloud platform.

Offered as a 12-month contract with a strong potential to go permanent, the role is based in modern Sydney CBD offices and offers flexible hybrid working (2 days in the office per week).

Duties

• Be the go-to expert for resolving complex technical issues, especially around integrations
• Deliver outstanding support to platform users and admins, keeping customer satisfaction front and centre
• Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements
• Document solutions and build knowledge resources to help users help themselves
• Keep things running smoothly by managing cases efficiently and communicating clearly

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical support or software development
• Solid skills in JavaScript, log analysis, and troubleshooting SaaS/web applications
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms (ITSM, workflows, SLA management)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
• Bonus points for ITIL knowledge and hands-on ServiceNow Admin or Development experience
